Welcome to KiddiePlay and KiddoVerse , operated by Vaxtrivent Solutions and Services Corp Canada ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the KiddiePlay or KiddoVerse app, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• The App is designed for children’s educational entertainment.
• Parents or guardians must supervise children's use.
• You must not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.

2. Subscription & Payments

• The App may offer weekly, monthly,quarterly or yearly subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through the App Store.
• You may cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content available through the app, including but not limited to gameplay, images, logos, and branding elements, is either owned by Vaxtrivent Solutions and Services Corp (Canada) or licensed to us by third-party developers.
• Where applicable, Vaxtrivent Solutions has obtained rights to modify and distribute the game under a valid license agreement. Any reskinning, customization, or branding reflects original work by Vaxtrivent Solutions.
• All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any part of the app is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any issues, interruptions, or data loss.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription.

5. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
